Arnold Schwarzenegger's unique career path dates back the late 1960s and 1970s. In 1967, Austrian-born Schwarzenegger won his first amateur Mr. Universe title and in 1970, starred in his film, Hercules in New York, where he is billed as "Arnold Strong 'Mr. Universe'." From 1970 to 1980, Schwarzenegger won the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding competition seven times and from there his career in film took off.
